Job Purpose: Reporting directly to the Delivery Manager, the Delivery Assurance Manager will be the main point of contact for delivery of a superior waste and recycling service for our client. The Delivery Assurance Manager will manage and develop the in-house operational services, leading a large team of employees who are responsible for the waste and recycling collection service, and will be accountable for our contractual commitments made on behalf of Averda to our client. The role older will have excellent demonstrable leadership skills, extensive experience of the waste/ cleaning or related industry. They will also enjoy the challenge of implementing operational efficiencies & maximising productivity whilst delivering a quality service. This role is based in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia. Key Accountabilities: Direct and control and operation to meet customer requirements
Coordinate teams to deliver high quality of services to clients on time and budget
Monitors the execution of set plans
Manage the performance of Delivery Assurance Lead and Ground Operations Agents
Conduct field inspections to ensure the quality standards are well implemented throughout the project
Manage and consolidate monthly inspections report and review findings with the Delivery Manager
Comply with the health & Safety instructions and implement of group policies, procedures and instructions
Continuously improve daily operation
Collaborate with Local Delivery Service Centre (LDSC) Manager to exchange best practice in fleet management and utilisation or resources
Implement work standards, plans and procedures for operational optimisation
Identify trends that potentially improve the operation and implement upon Delivery Manager approval
Coordinate Client Relations
Communicate any business opportunities to the Delivery Manager
Maintain contact with all stakeholders related to serving the operation (municipalities, auditors, etc)
Forecast customer service delivery issues and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Validate the delivery schedule as required and communicate any change to delivery date with the customer accordingly
Report and gives recommendations to the Delivery Manager any risks compromising customer satisfaction
People Management
Continuous training of team as per training needs assessment or new arising requirements
Manage the performance of Delivery Assurance Lead and Ground Operations Agents
Develop and maintain teamwork among all teams promoting the sharing of ideas and best practice
Report non-compliance cases and initiate actions
المهارات
Essential
Bachelor’s Degree
Ability to demonstrate significant operational management experience
Proven ability to manage, and work within, a multi-disciplinary team
Proven ability to deliver to agreed deadlines within a pressurised environment
Desirable
Experience of waste management/ environmental services
