Job Objectives:- · Identifying new customers within the UAE and the Gulf region based on Infinium’ s Portfolio · Participation in events & conferences to acquire new business leads · Planning, formulating and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.

Job Requirements:-
· 2-5 years of successful track record of client acquisition experience in HR Services space for corporates in the UAE and the gulf region. · Should have a Consultative, collaborative approach with a successful sales track record and exposure of handling large sized corporates · Strong network of contacts in human resources functional areas- Confident, self-motivated person who thrives in targets and sales driven environment- Familiarity with legislation relating to employment screening, data protection and security would be an advantage. · Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics. · Willingness to travel. · Should have the capability of handling accounts from scratch (Business acquisition to fulfilment of assignments). · Strong communication (written and verbal-Arabic & English) backed with impeccable presentation skills. -Candidate from Recruiting Agency Background will be preferred.
