The Senior Associate – Data & Insights is responsible for supporting the Data & Insights team in the implementation of the Expo Data Strategy, overseeing the collection of data and liaising with departments for relaying relevant department information for data modelling activities, and production of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports as required for senior management. Main responsibilites of the role include: - Creation and management of a master data repository in accordance with the Data Governance policy, that includes all data collected by the department internally, and from other departments. Generate trend analyses based on updates in the aforementioned data; - Manage and engage with department liaisons for collection of data and to extract department updates, and explore data modelling opportunities with specific departments; - Perform quality review and provide quality assurance of imported data, and analysis of information provided by Departments and Functions; - Providing technical expertise on data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing processes; - Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports as required for senior management, by analyzing various data and translating them into reports; - Support with the implementation of systems, processes and tools for data extraction and analysis; - Progress monitoring, assessment and early warning reporting as required.
المهارات
2+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role, as well as:
- A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field;
- Highly capable using the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint);
- Experience in data analysis and reporting;
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical language, and vice versa.
