We need our Recruiting lead at this level to be able to manage and drive recruitment fairs across the globe. The role will require someone who can work in a fast paced and pressured environment, having attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are therefore a must.
About the role: The Recruiting Supervisor is responsible for delivering successful Recruitment Fairs across the world; sometimes these events will run simultaneously across multiple countries. This is a broad, hands on role, requiring a passion for recruitment, social media and most importantly outstanding networking and organizational skills. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting events, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The role will play a critical role in managing and ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent at all the events.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of recruiters in delivering and organizing recruitment events across multiple locations in short time-frames. Manage the whole event process from the planning stage, right through to running the event and carrying out a post-event evaluation. Lead/support the recruitment team efforts through targeted campaigns and advertising, ensuring the target audience is engaged and the message of the event is marketed properly. Collaborate with an established team of recruiters to ensure there is alignment on the openings that will be marketed at the events. Review and assess the response from all campaigns so that a targeted candidate pool can be shortlisted, it will then be up to you and your team to coordinate the availability of all candidates for the event. The role is primarily hands-on and often involves working with a team, organizing and providing guidance on logistics, timescales and agendas. During and after an event this person would need to report back to the business on statistics and data, providing insights at all stages.
