eMagine Solutions are currently recruiting for an Agile Business Analyst for a leading organisation based in the heart of Dubai’s Internet City. Due to a large amount of growth and success within the company this position has been made available. You will be working for a highly impressive and a fast moving organisation, the company are expanding out rapidly and implementing a multi-million dollar software transformation program as such they are looking to hire a BA to work alongside a Software Project Manager and Development Manager within their BA and PMO teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with the business to capture user requirements and create User Stories.
• Work with the business to prioritise requirements and new features, enhancements and defects. Ideally you will have ‘Product Owner’ experience and be able to represent the “voice of the customer” within the Scrum team and assist with prioritising the Product Backlog and Roadmap.
• Strong experience of capturing and documenting User Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of Done.
• Ensure traceability of business requirements through the testing phaseWork alongside the business to identify unmet requirements and assist with the remediation of defects.
• Definition of the “To-Be” process models/”Day in the Life” etc. including identification of Personas, actors etc.
• Presentation of the To-Be process models/”Day in the Life” to the business included structured walk-throughs and role plays etc.
• Work with colleagues in IT to define non-functional requirements.
• Experience of managing a Software Transformation project from inception to go-live
• Have experience of utilising Microsoft TFS for Product Backlog management Must-have:
• 5 – 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Ideally Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org certified Product Owner or Kanban experience
• 5+ years of experience working in a leading company, preferably with an Accounting / HR Finance background
• Experience of HR systems is desirable but not essential
• Strong business process mapping experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills, you will be dealing at the CxO level
