Role Purpose: The Product Owner is responsible for owning the CRM implementation in customer service that meets the customer’s needs and achieves the squad goals. The role holder is also responsible for defining and prioritizing requirements (stories) in the Squad Backlog and also accepts requirements as completed. Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Product Management and Delivery
Assist the Product Manager in developing the product vision and operating model for the CRM implementation in customer service
Define product requirements and use cases (as discussed with the Product Manager); make sure they are complete, integral and consistent with the overall product objective
Scope the MVP taking into account existing resource constraints and sustained development of the product
Accept sprint results at demonstration Contribute to Squad product development to the extent of her or his competence
Provide visibility and reporting to Product Manager and other stakeholders of work status, strategy, and timelines
Target Setting and Work Priorities
Build Squad backlog in terms of user stories, prioritize its items to achieve business goals, continuously keep the backlog up to date
Identify, escalate and resolve key roadblocks, dependencies, and risks (financial, control, process, and application) required to achieve the product implementation success. Ensure team members and cross-functional partners do the same
Participate in planning of the Squad’s sprint, planning of the Tribe’s super sprint to reaffirm priorities and clarify the requirements
Interact with other Squads and other tribes as part of Squad synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-Squad tasks
Take initiatives to suggest new areas of improvements / features in the customer service roadmap.
Squad Development Contribution
Support in defining the set of necessary competences in the Squad, in cooperation with the Tribe Architects and Chapter Leads
Definition of Success:
Definition of an effective product roadmap
Implement of the assigned product as per the required standards
Building an effective squad backlog

Qualification, Experience & Skills: Functional/Technical Competencies
Experience in CRM product implementation
Minimum Qualifications/education
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering or related field
Background that comprises both solid business understanding as well as high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
Minimum experience
5+ years of strong experience owning and delivering digital products, preferably in CRM product implementation
Experience working in and leading agile teams
Previous experience in e-commerce, start-ups or similar dynamic digital environment
Skills
Ability to communicate effectively in multiple business areas (e.g., marketing, sales, finance, operations, technology)
Background that comprises both solid business understanding as well as high level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
English (Full professional proficiency - Required)
Arabic is an advantage
