The HR Operations Manager is responsible to deliver HR Life Cycle that enable high performing organizations and will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resource Management activities and manage the day to day operations to maximize the strategic use of Human Resources and foster a healthy working environment, meaningful work, diversity and inclusion, mobility, networking and work-life balance. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Working with the HRLT, participates in the development, revision, interpretation, and execution of human resources policies, practices, and procedures. · Overseeing day-to-day HR operations handled by extended team members from HR shared services organization. · Handle HR/Personnel administrative task and other Employee Relation matters that may come up at the Automotive Division. · Delivering the organization level communication to employees across the company through various employee connect avenues. · Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law & Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies. · Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR plan as well as participating in functional and cross-functional initiatives. · Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy · Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization · Promote feedback mechanisms for Line Managers to influence the continuous improvement of the Capacity Building services and processes. · Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance · Review and benchmark the internal and external environment in order to improve and to enhance overall HR performance.

Educational Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in business /Human Resources, Law or Industrial Engineering · Master’s degree is preferable but not required WORK EXPERIENCE · Minimum 8 years experience in Human Resources and at least 3 years as HR Manager in comparable business organizations
