The Accreditation function is responsible to design, coordinate and deliver all aspects of the Event Accreditation Service for Expo 2020 Dubai, contributing to a safe, secure and efficiently run event. The purpose of the role of Associate – Accreditation is to support one of the following areas of responsibility within the Accreditation function Accreditations Operations, Guest Accreditation and Workforce Accreditation. The Manager – Accreditation Operations is responsible for the management Expo Accreditation Operations, this role will lead on defining, developing and implementing an Accreditation operations plan that meets the requirements of Expo 2020. The main responsibilities of this role will include: - Manage the planning and of operations at Accreditation facilities; - Development of Accreditation Zoning across the Expo 2020 site; - Be the lead representative for Accreditation in organisation wide integrated planning activities; - Planning for Special Events/Ceremonies, taking in to consideration any requirements for additional &/or restricted access (supplementary access devices); - Support the Expo 2020 Test Event schedule where required; - Manage the delivery of operations at Accreditation facilities and across the Expo 2020 site; - Oversee the implementation of Access Control Boards across the Expo 2020 site based on the Accreditation Zoning Plan.
المهارات
6+ years’ experience in practical operations of Accreditation for international mega-events or a large complex visitor experience event, as well as:
- A Bachelor degree in a relevant field;
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, multi-level, project based environment with emphasis on timelines and delivery of projects on-time and in-budget;
- Experience in developing accreditation strategies for volunteers and contractors at international events;
- Flexible attitude and being able to adapt to rapid change;
- People skills and managing relationships across numerous functions;
- Understanding of key performance drivers in workforce management and a proven track record of delivering cost effective yet service oriented results;
- Excellent programme management skills.
