Our client is recruiting for a Contract/Commercial Manager for their MEP business based in Dubai.
They have been operating in the UAE for a considerable time and are a leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor and have a strong order book for projects in 2020.
Duties:
New project evaluation
FIDIC contracts review
Claims
Legal/Contractual letters
Lead and manage the commercial team
المهارات
• Lead and manage the commercial team, You will be western educated with a degree in quantity surveying ( or similar), minimum 10 years’ experience in the UAE working for an MEP contractor.
You will have experience of delivering large projects including 5 star hotels, hospitals and iconic buildings.
