The Candidate will be required to:
- Work closely with retail ops teams to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools to run activities on the shop floor (manage systems, tools for activations, sourcing of uniforms etc…)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of all cycle materials (collaterals, campaigns, trainings product launches and promotional activities)
- Track, analyze & consolidate weekly highlights on performance of CX activities & teams to drive consumer channel performance (KPI management)
- Manage Agencies for 3rd party Field force (contract initiations, POs, POP process, payments)
- Manage CX budget: Monitor expenditure vs. planned budget and propose corrective/ preventive initiatives in case of eventual deviations
- Ensure Compliance standards within company policies are followed and met.
