JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Representative will provide direct support to the Sales Managers in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers within the Business Aviation Market and to ensure that the department is able to meet its goal and objectives. Inside Sales Representatives develop and maintain customer accounts, implement sales strategies, present new concepts, and ensure optimal sales service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and should demonstrate the following competencies to consistently perform the essential functions of this position. All employees are expected to adhere to and be knowledgeable of company’s operations standards, established security/safety rules and requirements for attendance.
The requirements listed below are representative of the fundamental knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform the job successfully:
• Inside Sales Department handles internal sales calls and emails to the office.
• Handles all Inside Sales emails including some emails going to external sales distribution list.
• Prefilling Customer Service Agreements (CSA’s).
• Customer usage reports for Regional Sales Managers (RSM’s).
• Assisting with customer emails to initiate rate plan changes.
• Gathering all technical information needed to activate services.
• Follow up on deactivations; follow up with new aircraft owners.
• Assisting RSM’s at customer events such as trade shows, trade shows, or other events.
• Assisting with sales proposals.
• Create leads and opportunities in CRM.
• Training new RSM’s on internal systems
• Regular meetings with RSM’s and Field Service Engineers (FSE’s).
• Managing account portal for customers.
• Processes miscellaneous orders for sales team.
• Occasional travel.
• On call as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
• College degree in business administration or similar
• Sales experience, preferably in an aerospace environment.
• Working knowledge of PC’s in the current company operating system environment.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, decision making, oral and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM.
• Flexible in a rapidly changing environment.
• Candidate must successfully pass a pre-employment background check
