Responsible to drive food services business through market expansion and achieving set objective in order to achieve both sales and income targets. Ensure effective customer relationship management with suppliers and principals in the QSR domain to ascertain rendering of quality service
Areas of responsibility
• Build channel sales for ingredients distribution (direct and through distributors)
• Managing existing principals for QSR
• Build new suppliers and principals for QSR
• Drive Foodservice business to QSR’s
• Implement sales strategies and renew them against set goals, take proactive measures, if require.
• Planning Annual Budgets, forecasting in conjunction with the FID business plans to achieve budget
• Lead and manage the sale operation in agreed region in order to achieve long term profitability and maximizing ROI
• To increase business on the ingredient Channels for QSR’s
• Develop skills of distributor sales team through product knowledge Training
• Develop authority for trade spend within budget, investment guidelines (ROI) with consistent
• Manage and maintain direct relationship with key accounts
• To enter into new markets and countries
• To Grow business in volume and revenue
• Arrive at profitable selling prices and align other relevant clauses/conditions with the the contract
• Help in developing a channel strategy with the distributors
• Have in-depth knowledge of the relevant markets, competitors etc. and chalk strategies to attract new customers and suppliers
• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions ,events etc to promote sales
