A. Purpose and Scope
To establish and maintain a clear market leadership position for modular kitchen furniture product range in UAE and thereby contribute to the growth plans of the company as a whole.
B. Responsibilities and Duties
To achieve the annual revenue and contribution targets set for ALNO, STROMER & IMPULSE brand of Modular kitchens to ensure attainment of company set goals and profitability.
Specification finalization, proposal submission and order closing so as to meet sales revenue targets.
Create new enquires and maintain an effective enquiry database with robust enquiry and order pipeline.
Analyze the market dynamics, competitive threats, and value chain proposition to specify pricing and benefits of the product offering to meet customer expectations, evaluate offering against competition and implement competitive differentiation.
Collect related documents (drawings of site) or getting the site measurement or gathering information about kitchen required.
Maintain and grow existing client database for modular kitchen by retaining existing clients, and finding new business opportunities.
Be aware of the full range of products sold and marketed under Company and pass enquiries / opportunities / information onto the relevant team members to facilitate quick enquiry processing.
Plan calls with existing and potential customers, including cold calling, to create and develop excellent customer relationships and generate enquiries.
Represent the company during meetings with domestic and overseas customers, attend trade fairs, exhibitions and seminars to maximise realisation of the market potential for its product range.
General
Recommended improvements to departmental policy and implement procedures and controls covering all areas of Furniture function, so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality, cost effective service to customers.
Ensure compliance to all relevant QHSE procedures and controls across Furniture department to guarantee employee safety, health, legislative compliance delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
C. Organisational Relationships
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Travel : Frequent travel within UAE

Qualification, Knowledge, Experience
a) Academic Qualification and Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or MBA in sales & marketing
b) Experience (minimum preferred)
Total 12 + years of technical sales experience with minimum of 12 years experience in the Furniture industry within UAE/middle east.
Technical Requirements
Ideal candidate will be conversant with kitchen drawing, quotation, pricing, contract terms and contract negotiations.
Good knowledge of Kitchen design software like Winner.
Expertise in the area of project sales & business development with proven client contract and relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of the market dynamics of the kitchen industry.
Computer literate and a good command of the English language.
Holds valid UAE driving licence
