Duties and Responsibilities
Key Accountable:
Performance Indicators Operational Responsibility
Control day-to-day Review, Check, authorize, prepares, sort, file, and mail invoices, receipt, correspondence, and other related documents to client, follow up with payments, record and reconciles bank statements and coordinate the monthly closing exercise as scheduled.
Prepares analysis and summaries of accounts receivable and reconcile with bank statement.
Perform other duties within the context of the job roles asked by the department line manager.
Speed and quality of process
On time reconciliation with bank statement
Accurate, and on time closing
Customer Interface:
Deal with internal and external contacts to make sure that accounts are received and paid on time coordinate with departments to smooth out the related work process and answer queries and resolve routine issues pertaining accounts receivable initiatives.
Positive response to queries.
Reports / Data:
Prepare routine or special reports/ data pertaining, accounts receivable various actions,
Assist in compiling reports or data of a wider and complex nature.
Timely and accurate reports generated.
Document maintenance:
Ensure the paperwork and documentation of accounts receivable various initiatives
Effective filling and documentation.
المهارات
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in business administration (With a focus on accounts), or a related discipline.
Experience: 1-3-year experience on accounting role
Skills:
Administrative skills, filing and managing time and priorities
Numerical Ability
