الوصف الوظيفي • Identify law and measures, must abide by and consequences of non-compliance • Determine how the effects of the measures can affect ways of business • Identify the supervisory requirements necessary to confirm compliance activity within the company • Send reports to the unit and make sure to save a copy and notify the insurance authority • Reporting progress in securing effective anti-money laundering results in the company • Continue to inform the senior management of the Board of Directors and Board of Directors and employees of all applicable rules and policies that the company must comply with • Updating the policies and procedures periodically to ensure that the company complies with all the latest regulations and instructions related to all the company’s operations and activities • Ensure that the internal control system in the company works efficiently • Review new business applications as per agreed threshold in compliance policy and procedures based on UAE Insurance Authority regulations • Review policy withdrawal and surrender briefs as per agreed threshold in compliance policy and procedures based on UAE Insurance Authority regulations • Ensure appropriate screening of customer is carried out during onboarding and exit of a relationship • Identify indicators of suspicion of money laundering • Identify the effects of anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing measures • Collect and disseminate information about the company’s AML / CFT requirements • Identify improvements in the implementation of AML / CFT measures within the company • Plan, develop and maintain an effective relationship strategy with relevant external bodies • Design and monitor internal reporting system for transactions and suspicious activities • Create compliance guidelines for sales and customer services departments as per regulatory requirements • Create and maintain FATCA and CRS framework, policy and procedures as per regulatory requirements • Identify, analyze and submit suspicious transaction report to the regulatory body • Develop continuous training plans and programs for all employees • Due diligence of distributors المهارات • Anti-Money Laundering Certifications. • Knowledge of the principles, concepts and methods used in the field of work or allocation. • Expectations and conditions in the field of work or customization and professional practice, planning, and management. • Complete knowledge of legislation, regulations, standards, laws, and customs. • Knowledge of the principles and concepts of management, economy, and laws of the Insurance Authority. • Must possess team management and development skills. • Must have good communication skills. تفاصيل الوظيفة
