الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities of this role include: - Responsible for supporting the management of the Waste Management Services across the site and supporting the Zone Management and Operations Support Services team with the management of waste across the site; - Provides support to the day to day site operating plan; - Collaborate with other functional areas, such as Ceremonies, International Participants, Security and Venue Management on ensuring a seamless delivery of Waste Management Services; - Monitor contractual compliance of the Waste Management Partner that extends into monitoring Key Performance Indicator’s and resolving performance gaps, implementing penalties and/or incentive awards and managing contract scope variations; - Ensure compliance with all Expo wide Policies and Procedures; - Work with the Venue Management and Overlay teams in ensuring the waste requirements of temporary structures across the site; - Integrate with other Event Operations Functional Areas for the management of the site during operations, logging of issues and tracking of resolution using the appropriate information technology system; - Lead the direct team responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reports; - Set objectives and evaluate performance of individual direct reports and actively manage key personnel issues; - Responsibilities of this role will evolve throughout the event. المهارات - A bachelors degree within a relevant field; - Understanding Waste Management services operational dependencies, impact on other functions and non-operational directorates; - Experience in working in a multi-cultural organisation, GCC region; - Experience in working with senior level Government partners and multi-agency stakeholders; - Ability to build a network across Expo 2020 teams and key external stakeholders; - Communicates well and consistently from Director/Executive level down to large teams of workforce e.g. volunteers; - An understanding of Waste Management services contractors in the UAE / Dubai; - Collaborates well with other business functions and a good integrator; - Skilled project manager, methodical thinker, with superior guest service focus and excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Knowledge of Expo operations. تفاصيل الوظيفة
