الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities for this role include: - Responsible for early Integrated Pest Management review and planning through to Event delivery of the overall Operations Support Services Functional Area Operating Plan (FAOP) and ensuring that the Integrated Pest Management Service Providers align with the FAOP; - Collaborate with other business departments, such as Real Estate and Delivery (RE&D;) and the Programme Management Consultant (PMC) to focus on an integrated planning approach for the handover of the assets and subsequent assessment of pest infestation and treatment programmes; - Provide practical advice to the Technical Services Service; - Provider’s regarding modifications to building entrance points to reduce potential for pest entry; - Provide advice and observations regarding potential operational issues affecting pest management; - In line with, and to support EXPO 2020’s corporate Health and Safety Policy ensure that all aspects of Operations Support Services Health and Safety responsibilities are delivered by all Operations Support Services direct employees and contractor employees; - Develop the short term and medium term operating plans for the Operations Support Services Functional Area, to include people, procurement, budgeting and service delivery; - Act as the focal point for the Pest Control service and provide input for the Operations Support Services Functional Area into the ongoing development of the ‘Concept of Operations’ and Functional Area Operating Plans; - Plan the delivery of Integrated Pest Control services for all Event Operations owned and operated locations within the site and successfully implement effective management across the functional areas; - Coordinate the planning and management of the Integrated Pest Management programme and its implementation across the site. المهارات - A bachelors degree within a relevant field; - Knowledge across key operational functions with the ability to demonstrate an understanding in conjunction with the operational functions and non-operational directorates; - Experience in working in a multi-cultural organisation, GCC region; - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; - Experience in managing a large departmental program; - Experience in managing service providers in a high profile development; - Knowledge of previous Expo/Mega event operations; - Ability to build a network across the Expo 2020 teams and key external stakeholders; - Ability to collaborate and integrate well with other business functions. تفاصيل الوظيفة
