الوصف الوظيفي This role will be expected to undertake shift work in an operations center to support Expo 2020. The main responsibilities for this role include: - Provide immediate advice and assistance to Expo 2020 staff and participants on health and safety in response to requests for information and assistance; - Assist in the implementation of the Event Health & Safety Standards, that specify health & safety requirements to be implemented by departments and organisations leading up to and during the events phase; - Assist in ensuring that all event time service provider companies comply with or exceed the Expo 2020 Assurance Standards; - Collect, collate, analyse and report health and safety incidents and statistics; - Prepare written reports on health and safety incidents and issues; - Coordinate health and safety resources to respond to incidents and issues; - Ensure escalation of relevant issues relating to health and safety; - Ensure that the event is legally compliant with all local and national health & safety requirements; - Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures. المهارات - A Bachelors degree within a relevant field; - Good understanding of event health & safety guidelines and legal requirements – both nationally and internally; - Experience of working in a high pressure environment with excellent communication and report writing; - Excellent organisational and motivational skills; - Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability; - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. تفاصيل الوظيفة
