الوصف الوظيفي In-Depth skills and experience with providing Operations and Maintenance support L1 & L2 Alarm Monitoring, Fault Localization/Correction/Verification on assignment basis Work on Network Trouble Ticket, & Work Orders with immediate response and action Operation and maintenance of Nokia BSS (Flexi BSC, Flexi EDG, FPMR & MR BTS) and Nokia transcoder (TCSM3i) Providing the entire technical Fault’s & solutions which occur into the Transcoder, BSC and BTS. Rectification of Traffic Failure in BTS To be Taken BSC Backup & Diagnosis Software upgradation in BSC’s Troubleshooting of BSC alarms Diagnosis and Troubleshooting of faults generated in BSC Loading of new versions of BTS software for better network coverage & performance. Co ordination with BTS Engineers to resolve any network degrading faults generated at BTS sites BTS site migration between BSC’s for load balancing and traffic balancing Maintaining and analyzing Daily Alarm Logs (Network Management System) المهارات Minimum 3 years as a lead Nokia BSS care technical expert in an operational mobile telecom company 3rd party remote access programs “Team viewer” and “Telnet” Excellent written & spoken English Start: the candidates must be available to start at very short notice Terms: Working from home remote support(Telephone/Whatsup/Email/Skype) ,part time for around 20 hours per week تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/nokia-bss-care-senior-expert-engineer_remote-4146938/ |
