Technical Requirements:

In-Depth skills and experience with providing Operations and Maintenance support L1 & L2

Netact working experience on BladeSystem c7000 Enclosure G3-NetAct and NPM nodes

Operations and Maintenance and administration (Nokia Netact OSS4 and Traffica required).
Strong Unix experience (HP-UX, Sun Solaris, Linux, Oracle) and Server Clustering (Sun Cluster, MC/ServiceGuard, RedHat Cluster Suite, IBM Websphere).
Solid Understanding of network interface protocols, Oracle 9i/10G, Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, Citrix Metaframe) and Cisco Routing and Switching.
Understanding of wireless network implementation and operations services.

المهارات
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years as a lead Nokia care technical expert in an operational mobile telecom company

3rd party remote access programs “Team viewer” and “Telnet”

Excellent written & spoken English

Start: the candidates must be available to start at very short notice

Terms: Working from home remote support(Telephone/Whatsup/Email/Skype) ,part time for around 20 hours per week
