Technical Requirements:

In-Depth skills and experience with providing Operations and Maintenance support L1 & L2

Expertise & Skills on System Administration of Nokia and 3rd Party OSS (Cisco, Sun, Solaris)
Excellent Knowledge & Understanding of Redhat/UNIX
Should have good knowledge & understanding of Support Processes.
Good knowledge/Hands on in Redhat Linux/Unix administration.
Intermediate knowledge of DCN, VMWare, SQL Query, Shell Commands.
Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, FTP/SFTP, HTTP, SCP, TELNET, SSH and SNMP protocols and port mappings.
Good understanding of Cisco/HP routers and switches and networking concepts.

المهارات
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years as a lead care technical expert in an operational mobile telecom company

Preferably Redhat/CCNA/CCNP Certified

3rd party remote access programs “Team viewer” and “Telnet”

Excellent written & spoken English

Start: the candidates must be available to start at very short notice

Terms: Working from home remote support(Telephone/Whatsup/Email/Skype) ,part time for around 20 hours per week
