Lead hiring for all intern and undergrad placements from business universities across the global into positions in the Middle EastPrepare recruiting plans in line with regional and global strategyDevise innovative and creative methods to attract new talentWork closely with campuses to identify new opportunities to attract students and undergrads to the Consultancy and the Middle EastRepresent the Middle East in global recruitment meetingsManage the calendar for international campus eventsCreate and develop reports and presentations for Partners and senior stakeholdersWork with the marketing team to promote the consultancy’s brand at campusesManage a small team of recruiters/coordinatorsMaintain manpower planHandle senior/Partner recruitment when requiredManage the entire recruitment process through to offer management and mobility to the Middle East
Profile
University degree a must and a HR certification would be a plusMUST HAVE experience with campus hiring, working with Business Universities around the world8+ years in a Recruitment/HR role, people management experience is preferredStrong communication skills are essential, proven experience working with senior stakeholders and PartnersAbility to work under pressure and be self managedExtensive travel will be required
