Specification Manager /Business Development Manager for plumbing industry

الوصف الوظيفي
· Creating awareness and brand building of new and existing customers for the pipe and fittings for plumbing systems.

· Dealing with specification and technical support of various products that manage water and waste water within buildings.

· Building strategic relationships with large clients and consultants.

· Responsible for specification of the company products with consultant’s for building and infrastructure projects.

· Train and development of technical team

· Client retention.

· Technical support on the piping systems products for Buildings.

· Identify track and convert opportunities from enquiries to orders.

· Develop, market new products for the building industry
Presenting the technical and commercial features and benefits of the company products in seminars for consultants and contractors.

المهارات
· Experience of 05 years in plumbing and Sanitary industry

· Language Proficiency

· Computer Proficiency and IT skills

· Interpersonal skills

· Communication skills

· Management skills

· Strong Technical know- how of products and standards for the plumbing products

· Ability to analyze contracts and tenders

· Team building skills

· Strong Leadership Qualities
