The Sales Manager (UAE) is responsible for setting the strategy to increase sale of the organization’s products in UAE; leading and guiding the UAE sales team to achieve the sales objectives and growing the organization.
Lead the UAE sales operations by setting the directive strategies together with the General Manager, studying UAE market trends, customers wants and needs, the technological and financial opportunities, presenting assumptions and recommending objectives, creating strategic alliances and partnerships to increase market penetration and coverage, overviewing and heading, if needed, the negotiations and terms of contract for bulk sales, projects’ sales and bulk purchases, setting and achieving or exceeding aggressive sales objectives.
Maintain UAE sales volume, product mix and selling price by considering the current supply and demand changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information, sharing the information with top management and the Sales team.
Lead the team and achieve results by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, communicating values, strategies, objectives, job expectation and sharing job descriptions, assigning accountabilities, territories and sales targets, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results (performance management), coaching, counseling, motivating, developing incentives, developing a climate for offering information and opinions, providing educational opportunities and disciplining employees , monitoring the attendance of the sales team as well as initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Service major existing accounts and establish new accounts. Share industry and product knowledge with the Sales team by introducing and training them on the company’s products before establishing the relationships with customers, distributors, retailers, consultants and contractors. Educate the team on assessing and preparing commercially viable quotations as per the company’s policies and procedures and their presentation to the customer.
Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations and employees, enforcing ethical business practices.

Minimum Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of building materials sales experience in UAE in total.
Minimum 5 years in a managerial capacity and managing a team
Must be a Bachelor`s Degree holder(Engineering graduates will be given preference)
Candidates with sales experience in building materials manufacturing company will be give preference
