The position is overall responsible for leading the contract & commercial operations of the MEP Business. Reviewing & releasing the contractual terms & conditions during pre-tender stage & Post tender
(1) Review & respond to the contractual letters from Clients / Main Contractors / Suppliers / Sub Contractors.
(2) Timely notifications of variations / delays / disruptions
(3) Liaise with project teams for claim and EOT
(4) Processing / submitting Interim Invoice applications, final account settlements.
(5) Liaising with Commercial Manager / Directors of Main Contractors / Client on a regular basis to deal with all contractual matters.
