- ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
Supporting maintenance staff as required when workload dictates
Liaise with duty Facilities Engineer /MEP Supervisor to plan and receive daily work
Wide range of assets installed, typically LV Electrical systems, MDBs, ACBs, Lightning Protection Systems, central and lone battery Systems, Lighting Control Systems, MCCs & VFDs
- MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Wide range of assets installed, typically potable water systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, valves, PRVs and water heaters
Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using appropriate test equipment and hand tools to identify the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
Use resources efficiently in order to carry out repairs effectively and first time and without call backs
- ELV TECHNICIAN
Supporting maintenance staff as required when workload dictates
Liaise with duty Facilities Engineer/Supervisor to plan and receive daily work
Typical equipment being LV Electrical systems, BMS, FCC, IP CCTV Systems, Security Systems, Security Gates, Aircraft Warning lights, Central and Lone Battery Systems, Lighting Control Systems, UPS Systems and associated equipment
- HVAC TECHNICIAN
Liaise with MEP Engineer/Supervisor to plan and receive daily work
Wide range of assets installed, typically AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, supply fans, DX units and pressurisation fans
Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using appropriate test equipment and hand tools to identify the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
Carry out repairs effectively and first time without call backs
- PLUMBING, TECHNICIANS
Supporting maintenance staff as required when workload dictates
Liaise with MEP Engineer/Supervisor to plan and receive daily work
Wide range of assets installed, typically potable water systems, wastewater systems, pumps, valves, PRVs and water heaters
Assist the technicians to diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using appropriate test equipment and hand tools to identify the cause of a breakdown and rectify the problem
- MULTISKILL HANDYMAN (CARPENTERARY & MASONARY)
Assist in building structure degradation and using appropriate equipment and hand tools to identify the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
Carry out repairs effectively and first time without call backs
Follow maintenance planning schedules in consultation with the relevant Civil Supervisor and technician
- CIVIL, MEP SUPERVISOR
Direct maintenance staff as required when workload dictates
Control and coordination of CAFM work and PDA management
Liaise with the duty Facilities Engineer to plan and receive daily work
Wide range of assets installed, typically fire doors, carpets, painting, finishing, interiors and exteriors and roads

Qualification: High School Certificate Grade 10 and above
Experience: Technical qualification at ITI level or equivalent issued through a certified technical college
Minimum 4 years’ experience on high rise buildings
- MULTISKILL HANDYMAN (CARPENTERARY & MASONARY)
Qualification: High school certificate or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience on high rise buildings
- CIVIL, MEP SUPERVISOR
Qualification: Civil/Mechanical Diploma or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience on high rise buildings
- BMS OPERATOR
- FCC OPERATOR
Qualification: High school certificate or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience on high rise buildings
