الوصف الوظيفي · Actively gather customer feedback to provide input to sales management and the long-term sales plans. · To identify opportunities for growth and improvements in customer satisfaction and create a marketing strategy that capitalises on those opportunities · Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction Updating internal customers (Domestic, Branch offices and export sales) with the product purchase price · Development of E-Commerce (Online) & B2B sales channels for company. · Research, develop and implement Marketing and Communication strategy, standards and practices company-wide for Online & B2B channel that meet the objectives of the company. · Analyse E-commerce & B2B industry and customer trends to develop deep market understanding that influences the channel strategy and plan · Employ market research, market share and competitive survey / analysis to support channel strategy · Manage the Web content to ensure message is consistent with overall marketing and communication objectives · Incorporate social networking strategies in the company’s marketing strategy · Periodical reporting to the management to include the status of marketing and communication activities - both historical and forward looking · Evaluate competitor data and implement changes to marketing strategies as needed · Create launch plans for new products with appropriate product and distribution strategies in assigned channel · Collaborate with sales to develop the market forecast for assigned channel Analysis of Market studies for new product opportunities, development & product refinements. Communicating with internal & external customers effectively in line with our Mission, Vision and Values. Effectively maintain record of all communication with the customers.
