Real Estate Analyst
Dubai, UAE
Our client is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join their team as a Real Estate Analyst. The individual will gather, maintain and interpret in-depth information from a variety of sources to assess the market’s economic environment and evaluate real estate opportunities whilst performing the following main duties:
Job description:
• Tracking development/sales progress for specific real estate projects across UAE
• Monitoring residential rents, sales and investment transactions in order to benchmark and build a profile of comparable evidence
• Conducting, collating and reviewing real estate market research to support potential acquisition opportunities
• Carrying out further due diligence surrounding potential acquisitions including financial analysis, feasibility studies, preparing presentations and reports to the Investment Committee
• Provide regular market updates to senior management
• Working with internal and external advisers to complete quarterly reporting procedures

Requirements:
• Strong research and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident in building real estate development/investment models using Microsoft Excel
• Highly efficient, organised and reliable with an ability to work both individually and as part of a wider team
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
Qualification/Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Investment or other relevant fields
• Minimum one years’ experience working in the Dubai real estate market, ideally within an analyst, development/investment or asset management role.
