We are currently looking to expand our regional customer care team and hiring for a ‘Senior Customer Care Manager’ to ensure the continued success and growth of our Flavours business and operations in the Africa & Middle East (AME) region. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain for AME - Flavours division, you will be the central link between the customers, operations, and the commercial team to ensure that our customers’ requirements are met in the most efficient and cost-effective way across the geographically vast and diverse Africa & Middle East region. The role will be based in our Dubai office and offers excellent opportunities for both personal and professional development. In this exciting role, you will drive the four focus areas: • Lead 3 customer care teams (~15 people and 3 direct reports). Empower, motivate and develop people, leveraging on their potential and attract new talent. Customers: • Build strong relationships with customers by acting as the voice of the customer within Givaudan, and by managing the sales order process through to on-time and in-full deliveries for assigned customers and affiliates. • Identify, design, and run projects to optimise our internal processes in the customer care space. • Ensure timely confirmation of orders and superior reliability of order confirmations. المهارات Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own world?
