Our client is now recruiting for a Sales Administration Coordinator. This position will be based in
in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
Mission:
Be in charge of the administration of contracts / orders and ensure their proper execution. The Sales Administration unit currently consists of two persons. The Sales Administration Coordinator will oversee the contract execution once the contract review has been finalized with the sales representatives. He/She will coordinate the purchase order execution with the Sales Administration team and our warehouse based in France. He/She must also guarantee smooth and optimal communication with French / European suppliers and will be the one conveying the Group’s image to them.
On a daily basis, the mission will consist of (not be limited to):
• Generate supplier orders previously prepared by sales representatives
• Coordinate with the head office in France the implementation of the various guarantees (payment, good
• performance…) required by the different parties (customer and suppliers)
• Ensure the proper execution of the terms specified in the contract review with each supplier
• Relaunch French and European suppliers (mainly)
• Ensure that delivery lead times are respected
• Upon receipt of the goods, ensure the quality and conformity of the products
• Prepare and issue export documentation
• Send the notification of readiness/delivery to the client
• Send invoices to customers and ensure that they are received
• Obtain proof of collection / delivery from the client or its forwarding agent to ensure the fluidity of client
• payments
• Manage and follow up any disputes (suppliers / customers)
• Supervise the sales administration team (now composed of 2 persons)

Prerequisites for the position (mandatory):
• Bilingual: French ‐ English
• Previous professional experience in international sales administration
• Previous professional experience abroad in a multicultural environment
• Business school with major in International Trade or Supply Chain
• Very good knowledge of the office IT tools (Office + ERP system)
• Available immediately
