الوصف الوظيفي · Finalizing and analysing the complete set of financial statements including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statement and notes to accounts as per IFRS for group reporting purpose. · Ensure completeness of revenue recognition (Invoicing and accruals), and provisioning of all relevant expenditure on a monthly basis. · Engage with auditors regularly; discuss potential issues on a proactive basis. · Participating in the account closing meetings and ensure the timely wrap up of the audit on timely basis. · Preparing Profitability reports, and balance sheet movement details for corporate review. · Get the financials and various reports reviewed along with the leadership team. Responsible for corporate reporting requirements. · Overall management and supervision of Accounts and Finance functions. Tax Planning · Participate in implementation of corporate tax planning strategies. · Liaise with tax advisors for submitting tax returns. · Make sure the company is compliance with BEPS regulation including CBCR and TP compliance. Internal Control, Risk assessment & Mitigation plan · Periodical review of various controls as per the risk matrix and ensure no leakage in the internal control process within the organization. · Work with the Management/leadership team to design, frame, review and implement sound financial and business policies and procedures that facilitate business and adequate financial reporting and ensuring adequate controls. Cash flow & Treasury Function: · Work with senior management to assess foreign exchange risks, support the hedging process for unhedged forex exposure based on the periodical forecast of collections. Internal process · Ensure that all activities are carried out as per the Standard Operating Procedures in the section. · Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports as required within specified time period. People development · Continuously strive for self-development by actively seeking opportunities for growth. · Ensure adherence to timelines for completion of the performance appraisal for self. · Take overall responsibility for the identification of training needs and completion of mandatory training programs/certifications for self. المهارات 2.
