Our client is a multinational leader in every area of automation and access control.
They are currently recruiting for an Area Sales Executive (Project Sales) who will be responsible for managing existing projects, drive key accounts, develop new accounts and carry out necessary activities for the product’s family and marketing development. The role will cover the ME territory with focus on distribution items in Access Control and Perimeter Security business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement the department strategy
Proactively guide and monitor the project team
Manage the Project pipeline and sales, improving hits and success rate
Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact
Take ownership of major accounts and projects
Manage product mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed aims.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison
المهارات
University Degree or equivalent.
5-10 years of experience in a similar sales role.
Possesses excellent communication and listening skills.
Can build relationships quickly with both customers and colleagues.
Possesses excellent time management and is able to prioritise workload and maintain own and reports sales pipeline.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic
Demonstrate strong initiative
Hard working
Ability to work independently
