الوصف الوظيفي To lead the Marketing and Communications department for AMANA and its controlled entities and subsidiaries by developing and overseeing the execution of an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with the Company’s overall strategy and by successfully implementing and promoting the Company’s brand and serving as its “Brand Guardian”. 2. Detailed Roles & Responsibilities: STRATEGIC 1. Develop the marketing and communications strategy 2. Develop and maintain strong relations with internal and external stakeholders 3. Identify, evaluate and select agencies and vendors 4. Develop and monitor the Marketing and Communications budget OPERATIONAL Marketing: A. Brand: 1. Implement the company’s corporate identity and brand strategy, adhering to Brand Guidelines, Guiding Principles, Mission, Vision and Corporate Values 2. Create promotional strategies and develop promotional calendars as needed B. Market Research & Development 1. Conduct market research in desired region(s) designated for expansion and identify target markets and primary stakeholders 2. Research competitors and competitive products 3. Monitor industry marketing trends 4. Research, engage and manage agencies, partners and vendors C. Marketing Initiatives 5. Build and execute integrated multi-channel digital marketing capabilities in line with marketing strategy objectives (email, social, SEO, SEM, corporate and video marketing) 6. Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast) 7. Evaluate advertising and promotion programs in line with PR efforts 8. Evaluate industry opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising 9. Manage industry and corporate events as well as exhibitions, working effectively with suppliers, internal stakeholders and external partners Communications A. Corporate Communications: 1. Create a communications platform to build AMANA’s public profile through PR, media relations, social media channels and industry events 2. Manage media inquiries and interview requests for Board Members and CEO 3. Oversee the development of talking points, press releases, media kits and speeches 4. Oversee the content for byline articles and keynote presentations 5. Develop detailed and effective agency briefs and manage PR agencies, monitoring day-to-day activities, to ensure quality and timely delivery 6. Research and evaluate conference participation, assess speaking opportunities 7. Monitor, analyze and manage news monitoring systems and present coverage analytics to the Board on a quarterly basis B. Digital and Social Media: 1. Oversee the management of all AMANA digital and social media accounts, ensuring relevance, accuracy and delivery of engaging content on a regular basis 2. Manage, oversee and evaluate all social media advertising campaigns 3. Monitor competitor social media and websites, leveraging best practices 4. Evaluate new media technologies and apply relevant trends C. Internal Communications (in collaboration with HR): 10. Work with HR to create an internal program aimed at informing and motivating employees (emailers, intranet, newsletters, recognition and rewards program, etc.) 11. Assist with company events and organization of team-building activities as needed PEOPLE MANAGEMENT 1. Assist in the recruitment of staff and building of a small but efficient team 2. Assist in the training and development of personnel as required 3. Recommend and ensure continuous skill development for team members المهارات Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration from a reputable university (Master’s Degree in related field preferred but not required). Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred but not required Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing and Communications with a proven track record and experience in executing marketing, PR and social media programs. Experience in Construction or Real Estate industries is preferable Behavioral Skills: Determination and Perseverance. Teamwork and Relationship management skills. Accountability and Integrity.
