Job Description and Requirements
Handling on boarding and off boarding processes.
Coordinating induction training to newly hired employees.
Assisting the Sr. HR/PRO with regards to overall operation of HR, Recruitment & PRO work.
Employees new work permit/visa applications.
Residence Visa and Labor card renewals.
Labor Contract Amendments.
Outside and inside country Labor and immigration cancellations.
Quota applications.
Trade license yearly renewal.
Establishment card renewals.
Lease agreements and EJARI yearly renewals.
Labour Signatory Card amendments.
Tracking visa applications through Ministry of Labor and UAE immigration company logins.
Coordinating in the process of group and individual insurance, providing the database of employees with all the required information and documents, updating with addition and deletions with regards to new visa and cancellations.
Preparing certificates such and experience letters, NOCs, acknowledgement letters etc.
Coordinating with the accounts department for the PRO transactions and payments (Cash and online) and payment clearances (Cash and online)
Record Keeping and Scanning of documents.
Assisting medical and life insurance related issues, vacation entitlement, attendance, sick leaves, daily task, etc.
Any other task assigned by Management or Sr. HR.
Candidates on Father or Spouse Visa are preferred.
Qualification: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 2 years
