Job Purpose
Taking a key part in communicating the company’s marketing messages, assisting in all marketing and advertising elements, and ensuring that suppliers maintain DSOA presentation standards, In addition to overseeing the physical implementation and execution of marketing tasks pertaining to campaigns and
events.
Main Responsibilities
Functional:
• Manage execution of marketing campaigns and support to achieve the overall objectives primarily
awareness, leads generation and conversion.
• Support all community events and activation at DSOA during key seasons i.e. Sports event, UAE National Day, Ramadan, etc.
• Support the diverse communication platforms for all campaigns, promotions and activation.
• Support the events team in the execution of approved events and programs.
• Monitor the asset’s social media platform to ensure it is up to date.
• Submit monthly/quarterly activity reports and analysis for marketing campaigns.
• Follow up with vendors on marketing collateral and giveaways production.
Financial:
• Manage and handle all PRs, POs, follow up on invoices and vendors payment.
• Budget tracking and update of financial sheet on a regular basis.
• Monitor DSOA revenue streams tracking sheets/reports.
Processes:
• Track and develop campaigns and events checklists.
• Support standard operating procedures for the division.
• Manage internal permits for filming, events, and 3 party clients.
Learning & Development:
• Attend trainings provided by the Company with Marketing focus.
• Keep up to date with and share relevant market trends and research
Requirements:
• Graduate degree, in related field such e-commerce, multimedia and marketing.
• Experience in marketing for at least 2 years.

• Knowledgeable with reliable suppliers and publishers and advertising agencies.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in the field of organizing events.
• Excellent communicator
