1. To prepare the concept design and 3d Renders as per Client requirements.
2. To Produce all relevant materials for client presentations, such as mood boards, sketches, and visualizations of the entire design concepts for retail shops, commercial offices etc
3. To coordinate with Sales & Pre Tender team to prepare the quote based on Client approved design & concept drawings.
4. To lead the 3d visualizers to prepare the concept design renders and drawings as per client requirements.
5. To meet Client / Consultants along with sales team to Understand clients’ needs and the needs of the people using the building for design finalization and approvals.
6. To coordinate with procurement team for materials finalization at design stage.
7. Survey sites personally as required at design stage.
8. Responsible for ensuring that all designs meet authority requirements – knowledge of UAE regulations is essential.
9. To consider materials and costs according to client budgets.
10. Keep up to date with new developments in the design industry.
11. To involve selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E;), color palettes and lighting
المهارات
Minimum 8 years of experience in preparing concept design and 3D renders for retail shops, commercial offices etc. Must have good knowledge of UAE Local Authorities Regulations for Construction and Interior Fit Out Projects.
