Job Description and Requirements
* Sourcing new business contracts for the company
* Business and technical analysis of project viability
* Accountable for profitability of new projects
* Demonstrable experience in managing and winning bids and tenders
* Strong communication skills (both written & verbal), relationship & selling skills
* Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities and to keep prospective client database updated
* Preparing risk analysis, commercial calculations, pre-qualifications and resource budgeting for tenders.
* Perform vendor’s evaluation by classifying their financial and technical proposal responses.
* Update Company Presentation as per mandate.
* Capability to own and drive major bid engagements, closing deals. costing and contract experience.
* Work closely with project management teams
* Establish and maintain good business connections with high profile clients such as government entities, royal family, industry leaders
* Excellent communication and networking skills
* He/She must be excellent in Preparation of Business proposals, Presentations, negotiations, Business development.
