Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to act as one of the organization’s ambassadors and facilitate the full scope of leasing the DSO facilities such as offices, warehouses, light industrial units, plots from attracting clients to setting-up their businesses.
Main Responsibilities:
• Proactively attract companies with and customers and promote DSO by means of sales calls, networking, attending local and international exhibitions.
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide a hassle free experience in business setup.
• Well informed in detail of DSO owned properties.
• Closing Sales leads to increase DSO revenue.
• Welcoming and having ethics of doing business.
• Work closely with other departments to efficiently register companies and generate revenue.
• Good Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations for company setup.
• Evaluate and obtain market conditions, customer research and competitor’s data.
• Handles social media memberships such as linked-in and coordinator of DSO social media platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications
• Bachelors in Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience:
• Minimum experience of 4 years required to handle the work

• Excellent business command of the English language (writing, reading and verbal), Arabic would be considered an advantage.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate across various levels in the organization.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office package 2003/ 2007.
• Excellent follow up, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong rapport with clients and colleagues across various levels in the business.
• Mobility: Role will require travelling and visiting companies and other authorities, a valid UAE driver’s license with an operational vehicle is necessary.
