The purpose of this role is to play a key function on ensuring that the most effective and high level of client support and services are being maintained and provided for all internal and external clients.
Main Responsibilities:
Analyze data and statistics to identify the customer level agreement provided by the various service providers, both internal and external within the Client Happiness.
Manage and resolve grievances of the clients and maintain up to date records of correspondences and outcomes of client concerns.
Enhance customer experience of the Department (eg: by addition/upgrade/process re-engineering of CH services)
Perform annual benchmarks with other service-based companies within Dubai, to stay up to date with with the market performance and collect ideas for improvement and service enhancement.
Effectively manage the staffs of the Client Happiness Department & optimal utilization of the staff
resources to deliver the services on time.
Ensure fair division of work amongst the employees depending on the experience, skills and work load.
Ensure good staff rapport.
Evaluation of staffs and reviewing their performance.
Ensure proper deliverance of all the services of the Department.
Planning and budgeting for the requirements of the department.
Manage and control expenditure and ensure that it is within the approved budget
Plan for the manpower requirements.
Liaise with DSO companies/clients
Ensuring that the DSO employees and companies/clients, are up-to-date regarding various relevant rules, regulations and legal frameworks related to the services provided by the Department.
Ensure proper follow-up with the clients to ensure their adherence to the rules and regulations.
Resolve issues/problems that occur internally or externally (relating to CH)
Managing specific projects that will assist in the realization of the DSOA/Department’’s Strategic Objectives.
Managing relationship with other governmental authorities on special projects. Ensure smooth achievement of such projects.
Device and implement/impart new services and work processes reducing the process time, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage business process definition and re-engineering activities related to CH.
Manage policies, procedures and standards of Departments and also timely review.
Identify major concerns in the process and resolve the problems finding the related root cause.
Compliance Officer for Dubai Silicon Oasis as per all the duties and responsibilities stipulated in the Administrative Resolution no 4 for 2018.
Requirements:
7 years of experience out of which 2 years experience in the relevant field and minimum of years experience in a Supervisory or Head of the Department level.
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or any related field.

Knowledge of Rules & Regulations of the UAE
Good knowledge and experience in handling various Lease related matter including reviewing and modifying agreements.
Good knowledge and experience in company registration/incorporation and licensing. Good understanding about the various legal documents required for lease and licensing. Good understanding in classifying the activities for issuing the license.
