Job Description and Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support (Identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents) all MSSQL and Oracle DB issues:
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve the cause of Locks, access issues and performance issues
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve service failures and configuration issues
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve clustering and high availability issues
Support (Identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents) related to Application compatibility and monitoring
integration (WBEM / SNMP).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
