Job description:
Contributing to L&D;plans and strategies
Maintaining and developing Learning Management System
Coordinating & implementing L&D;activities and programs across GCC countries
Delivering or facilitating selected Training Sessions
Conducting learning evaluation and needs assessment (e.g. shop floor training audits, TNA & etc.)
Act as HR Focal point at any employee related aspects which include coaching/ counseling and any other day- to-day employee relations activities.
Brief employees on company policies and ensure compliance with UAE labor law
Establish efficient communication between HR and other business lines in the organization.
Deliver HR functions and services efficiently, timely and productively,in conjunction with HR centers and shared services domain.
Qualification & Work Experience:
Bachelors in Human Resource/ Psychology
Commendable communication & presentation skills
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
Good Knowledge and understanding of UAE Labor laws
