We are looking for a full time Property Administrator cum PA whose primary role is to assist the CEO and performing below tasks:
- Property leasing including commercial and residential properties and managing the key handover process (tenant on boarding / Off boarding)
- Asset management, including overseeing of the property maintenance in order to keep them in ready-to-lease condition
- Following up with prospective tenants, doing rental negotiations, resolving tenants’ issues pertaining to the property maintenance and any other property related issues in accordance with the RERA’s guidelines
- Rent/cheques collections, maintaining property register and updated financial standings of the assets to be readily available for presenting to the CEO
- Sending notices / on time reminders for payments and lease renewals, making utilities and service charge payments, and keeping record of each financial activity
- Providing complete support to the CEO on matters related to his personal affairs such as, maintaining handy records of his personal/family documents, personal financials portfolios and assets, dealing with immigration and any government authority on behalf of the CEO and his family as and when required
- Any ad hoc assignments given by the CEO
- Providing support to other colleagues and accounts department as and when needed
