Upfront HR is a boutique Recruitment and HR consultancy based in Dubai, currently we are recruiting experienced Recruiters (All Sectors) to join our business, this role will give you full access to all the tools and resources needed.
This is commission only but the opportunity to earn up to 70% commission of placement fee, work when, where and how you want, with full support and access to resources and tools needed. You just need to be able to do the job and establish your own clients, with full control as to how and what fees you work to.

The Role:
360 Recruitment Consultant all sectors covered.
Generating own sales leads from networking, industry knowledge, current niche expertise.
You will have extensive Business Development and have recent and consistent Account Management experience.
If you are looking for new challenge and want good work life balance arrangement, have at least 3 years solid recruitment experience in any sector and you have your own visa in the UAE, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
