Should have good connections with IT vendors. Develop IT policies, procedures and standards relating to IT and telecommunication systems, Administer troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, disaster recovery and ensure integrity of IT systems, Support systems testing, implementation and training, Manage and maintain an IT asset register
