The Product Investigations Manager will support the client’s new EMEA product investigations and enforcement strategy by reviewing intelligence, defining strategies and assigning cases. The Manager is responsible for the investigations budget, open case tracking/reporting, and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Functions Include:
Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Review and assess intelligence related to the illicit trade of the client’s products.
Define individual case strategies in close collaboration with the client’s Global Brand Protection team.
Assign cases to the best suited external investigation partners.
Serve as the single point of contact for Investigators.
Follow-up on all open cases to ensure on-going progress and successful completions.
Track progress via case management system.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Global Brand Protection (GBP), Supply Chain, Legal, and Business Quality.
Build and maintain strong external relationships with law enforcement, Customs, health authorities, government agencies and peer companies.
Manage the overall investigations budget including individual case-related costs.
Prepare periodic reports and conduct case review meetings with internal GBP stakeholders.
Conduct due diligence on new investigations vendors.
Complete annual investigations and enforcement vendor performance evaluations.
All other duties, as assigned.
المهارات
Product investigations and enforcement experience within Pharma, Consumer Healthcare, and/or Medical Devices industries.
Understanding of investigative regulations/laws within the EMEA region.
Bi-lingual skills; English required with Arabic or French, preferred.
Able to analyze complex data and develop innovative recommendations and solutions.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Able to perform successfully within a matrix organizational structure.
Goal/objective focused and results driven.
Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
