Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop operations plans by setting numeric objectives, goals and key initiatives to achieve these goals based on current and expected performance within specifications.
Provide, develop, and maintain direction of operational functions that includes depot operations and resources management.
Manage of operations network; establish operations standards, supervise on standard evaluation conducted by other dealers/contracting company.
Manage to Measure the performance of network operational capability, performance of technical inspection and ensure that the network operations activities done as per the contractual obligation with the contractors.
Manage to conduct planed and random site visit to ensure and confirm that standard operations and inspection done by the contracting company, revision of depots conditions to evaluate its validity, operation of network, guidance signs and all other related facilities.
Mobilize available resources, through cooperation with support departments, other offices, or subsidiaries, to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.
Daily review of network to keep assets utilization higher as possible, follow up of all operations sectors and ensure network performance had completed smoothly and in a correct way.
Manage the provision of operational services within the region, including the coordination/operation of allocations to provide optimal network services and schedule, shift and leave allocation for operational staff.
Coordinate with managers, staff, and representatives regarding the provision of services.
Undertake reviews and investigations of operational and administrative matters and prepare reports as requested.
Control and maintain complex operations databases and the daily assignments module and extract data and statistics to maintain accurate daily records of the working hours within the network for further enhancement.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position when appropriate.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Transport Engineering /Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum 7 years of related working experience.
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
