Effectively manage business training for RTA including but not limited to planning and directing implementation of training programs through enterprise and individual’s development need analysis, accreditations, workshops, events and conferences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage annual employees’ training plan implementation for RTA.
Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
Study and implement the Human Resources Law – training policy to ensure the rules and regulations are adhered with government authorities.
Manage training needs analysis to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Ensure that training staff maintain an active and organized data bank of training attendance and programs.
Conduct regular follow-up with directors and managers to determine the effectiveness of training plans and implementation.
Prepare and implement the career development plan through education, providing training, and determine and execute training plan.
Prepare and implement leadership development programs among employees to build leader skills.
Follow up and analyse the evaluation of the individual performance plans and ensure compliance with the Dubai Government requirements.
Build networks to find qualified trainers by developing working relationships within institutes or other entities to aid in training programs.
Evaluate all training programs and trainers and prepare necessary reports and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
Review and approve Business training curriculum
Propose new areas of Business training based on business trends
Organise the Business workshops, seminars and conferences on RTA business
Develop procedures and systems for Business training
Maintain regular reporting for all the training activities and updates for all the training records/ programs
Maintain up to date training database for all the implemented/planned programs (OLM)
Assist the team members to achieve their career objectives and potentials by providing them with the needed development/coaching/empowerment & feedback
Boost an innovation environment by running a structured performance breakthrough analysis, identifying gaps and come up with innovative solution
Perform other responsibilities related to the position as appropriate.

Qualifications:
Bachelor in Business Administration / Human Resources from a recognized university.
7 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai Human Resources Law, Training and management functions, systems, and procedures.
Excellent carrier and training planning abilities, job evaluation skills, identify organization training needs, statistics and forecast skills.
Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes
Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.
