Manage quality control procedure
Answer inquiries for potential project partners
Coordinate and supervise construction workers
Liaise with the quantity surveyors to monitor costs
Check and prepare site reports, designs, and drawings
Liaise with the client and other construction professionals
Arrange required manpower, materials, and equipment for work
Make safety inspections and ensure construction and site safely
Review all projects contracts before submitting to management
Ensure that a construction project is completed on time and within budget
Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees
Supervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensure that the client’s specifications and requirements are met
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or any related course
With minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Construction Manager and 5 years as a Site Manager
Experience working with Major civil and Infrastructure projects
Pumping Station or Deep Shafts background is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent command in English (Arabic will be considered a plus)
Good knowledge of building methods and regulations
Knowledge in Health and Safety Procedures
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
