We are urgently looking for a Sales Head, for our new Food Distribution Company, based in Dubai.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for:
Building a new food distribution company and team for launch of international food brands in the UAE.
Implement effective sales & marketing strategies related to all product ranges
Build new client relationships and approve terms of business
5 years’ experience in leading a Sales & Distribution function for food products in UAE.
Excellent experience in building relationships with new customers to maximize sales & margin returns
Experience to lead delivery process which meets customer satisfaction.
Ability to do competitive analysis
Working with the international principals to launch successful brands
GCC or UAE based proven experience is essential for this role
Working with Cross-functional teams to execute successful brand plans.
Develop effective brand marketing plans and trade marketing plans for the UAE and GCC markets
