The candidate must be capable of:
Responsible for all works related to air conditioning system, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting and fire-alarm.
Responsible for control site’s resources to minimize the wastage and idling.
Understanding and Reviewing of technical drawings.
Quantification of material required for MEP works and raising PRs.
Supervising the MEP team to ensure that the day to day duties are performed.
Leading the solving of technical related problems.
Plan and manage the day to day work of the MEP team.
Monitoring site progress and quality of MEP (mechanical, plumbing, electrical) works and compliance with approved shop drawings and installation schedules.
المهارات
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5-8 years experience in the installation and maintenance of the following:
HVAC equipment/systems, AHU/FAHU/FCU/Pumps, Packaged AC units, Split AC units, HVAC Control Systems, ventilation systems, etc.
Electrical HV/LV systems, Lighting Systems, VFD units, etc.
Plumbing Systems such as Water Pumps, Water Heaters, Water Supply, Drainage networks, etc.
Specialized systems such as BMS, ELV systems, fire alarm/fire fighting, lifts, etc.
Experience in fire alarm system, fire fighting systems, GI pipes, emergency light systems and other LV systems is mandatory.
Valid UAE driving licensec
